Or make a simple trail mix for a quick on the go breakfast. Make sure there is a bit of everything in it. almonds + wheat flakes + raisins + sunflower/flax seeds + gems (yeah, gems. a bit of chocolate is good).
I've just taken to eating a Bagel every morning.
300 calories - 1 bagel on rest days
400 calories - 1 bagel + cream cheese on workout days
They stock Bagels at work, so no time issues for me. Eat breakfast at 9:00 after getting to work.![]()
