These guys Ankit Fakia haven't done anything illegal. Morally, ethically wrong, but not illegal.

That may be the case for Ankit Fadia.

But in case of Arindan and IIPM, What they have been indulging is called fraud and the kind they are doing is illegal. There are many students and parents who were specifically told by them that the Institution has recognition in order to make them join. They also claim to have collaborations and relations with various other international institutions. Its not like they were content with just letting the false and misleading advertising in media do the magic. They told every lie they could in order to make people part with the cash.
