If you have cross checked with your onboard gpu and still the problem persists then replace the panel.

This solution by Viewsonic itself so even i was thinking of going ahead with what they were suggesting, but thought to consult here first about the technicalities before giving the green light to viewsonic.

I appreciated that they informed me about this first. otherwise they could have changed it with any panel for that matter without me knowing what was under the hood.

But any major difference if anybody comes to know about then pls let me know.

Second this if i go ahead with the new panel what about dead pixels? how to tackle this issue?
