All OS what is the best tab or ipad (old or refurbished) under 17k ?

Tbh Android Tablets have their own charm , especially in terms of customizability , doenñosding ahem Torrs and stuff headphone jack easy expandable storage and so on but wirks jusy work , no frills and easy to work on and long support life . I would prefer ipad for sure if money no issue but i do love my android tab for downloading and watching movies .

I saw ipad 9th gen for 20k few days back. You may get it around 18k in next sale this month or in January 26.

When do we expect next Sale this month ? Any idea ? My cousins looking to get an ipad mini
