What is the best way to keep cats out of the house or bike/car parking - any natural or safe chemical option ?

nearly 2 -3 cats living roadside spoiling our house parking and house front portion, 1 cat screwed up my bike seat . is there any natural remedies ?
I want to avoid these coming back to my parking space. Any thoughts

There is no easy solution.
You can use a cat repellent mat to prevent cats from few areas.
Since there are only few cats, a long term solution is to TNR (trap, neuter, release.
 
we had similar issues two options helped. for 2 wheeler put old rug / cover so they don't scratch the seats. for cars we had put old sofa for drivers and luckily cats prefer soft sofa than hard car tops. there are cat repellent sprays which don't know helps or not. they hate wet areas maybe sprinkle some water ?
