hi welcome to techenclave

560ti beats 6870 hands down

also it is great for overclocking

you can also consider a 6950 2gb as it falls in the same price range

among the cheapest boards you will get

MSI P67A GD55

Asus P8P67

Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3

all of them are in the 9000 to 10000 bracket and make sure they are the revised boards

also i am not sure if your power supply will be good to retain from your existing rig as you plan to overclock the processor and use a high end card too

go for a 650 watt power supply such as corsair tx 650 which costs about 6000 bucks

man thats costly
Ive decided to buy 2500 without k no overclocking,
Now can anyone tell me how much will the cheapest mobo cost.
Also i have 4gb of ddr2 ram, is there any mobo which can use these

Go with the MSI H67. Its available for ~5.2k from SMC.

Got all solid caps and USB 3.0 ports.

Go for a single stick 4GB RAM since the mobo has only 2RAM slots. This will allow you easy upgrade to 8GB later! 4GB is more than enough for gaming now.

You cant use DDRII RAM with Core i series processors. Only DDR3. Sell them off. You will get decent pricing of ~1.8-2.2k if they are from good brand and depending on remaining warranty.
