I visited service centers and also called service centers several times. What they are saying is, battery is out of stock with the company website (where they order for parts) itself. Hence they cannot do anything but to wait for it when it is back in stock to order.

Call their customer care, they are pathetic btw.

Talked with them thrice...They were very polite and professional...Told me to wait for few "weeks" and check back as there could be issues due to covid-related delays.
