Laptops What Laptop Cooling Pad for 14" Laptop?

Hey guys, I have a Compaq V3000 14.1" widescreen laptop.The Fan Vent area and Hard Disk area get very hot. and to cool that, I'd need a cooling pad. Kindly suggest me a cooling pad within a budget of Rs. 1500.

Please see the image to determine where the heating parts are located to suggest a better designed cooling pad.

cooler master has one usb powered fan and it does job but i would say you see if exhaust is clogged with dust,lint.
 
My suggestion is to get rid of this laptop if you can 'coz this series was notorious for overheating & ultimately dying... The seriousness of design flaw is in the intake vent itself which is just the quarter of a typical fan vent. The HDD is most probably Samsung/ Hitachi which also heats up a lot...

If you don't want to get rid of it then you can get any of the notebook cooler & prey that it does not die on you... CM ones are pretty good & I recommend NotepalX which has 1x 120mm fan... There are Chinese ones as well available on eBay but its better to avoid them....

I can't find any model no written on them. Cooling pad comes in two sizes- small one is for upto 14inches laptop(comes with one bundled fan) , larger one comes with two bundled fans
