All OS What the apps we actually use?

I am using SMS Backup and Restore app for SMS backups. I recently formatted phone and used backup XML to restore SMS. I checked SMS app but found that all messages were restored to 5 times. I want to delete duplicate messages. Is there any app which can do this task.
