What to do when someone blocks your entry gate

So this happened and i called the traffic cops.

Half hour response time.

Ticket for the grand sum of Rs.100

Tow vehicle was under repair or fine would have been Rs.400

This is just a mere slap on the wrist for the inconvenince caused :(

I wonder what the fine is if i let the air out of the tires ?

Course then the car would only be there even longer but at least it would be quid pro quo.
 
keep a guard at gate? or just hang a notice stating "No parking here, tires will be deflated" and its hindi equivalent.

Even if you don't do it, it'll surely scare of anyone intending to park there.

yup, thats pretty much the only thing you can do other than keeping a guard at the gate, it does work though
 
keep pop-up tire spikes like they do at many automatic car parks abroad.. if anybody who doesnt have the pass key/radio transmitter their car's tires will be automatically ripped instantly. :D Instant payback! :P

I like this idea but if the paint was non-permanent then there is no way to say the car has been vandalised.

Just something cheap & effective that will embarass the driver on his way to the car wash.

Makes the point without any ill will.
 
How about trying some Ghandigiri? :P Wash his car in front of him with a big smile on your face. Keep washing it till the day comes when he stops parking in front of your gate due to embarrassment :P
 
A hammer and a nail..
Punch them in all four...
And keep some cheap oil paint handy..

Ofcourse do this if you feel the guy is deliberately causing inconvenience. .

That's the problem its never the same person. So if you brutalise one today, some one else may do it in the future.

there are plenty of dogs that do their stuff i guess smearing some of that in obvious places might get the message across :)

I was away for a few mins and the person managed to get their car out before the neighbour stopped him.

"apparently it was his friend's driver that parked it there"

tyres deflation warning would be fine i think. As almost every time some different person parks in wrong place and u keep damaging theirs for the said reason... it will keep you busy and waste time.
 
Just post a menacing message

If you park your car here , I will deflate all the tyres , if you do that again , I will break all windows , if you do that again , I will blow up the car , Burn your house and Hack you to Death :P . That should amuse if not scare the people

I think your gandhigiri will just lead to a traffic jam to park in front of your gate :lol:
