Android Whatever happened to HTC?

My first android phone was Htc explore. A sub 4 inch screen, back in 2012. Man I was blown away!!

Personally I was always in awe of this company. Bought the HTC Wildfire S (the first and last mobile that I used custom ROMs on) and HTC Desire 816, heck even recommended the One V and One X at the time to almost everyone who could afford it.
