Have multiple cards none of them have chip, when is the RBI directive getting implemented ?

in europe, pin is mandatory and signature not required if we use chip based card!

in the UK, I had the chip card ( seems a norm everywhere apart from India). We just need to insert the card, enter the pin, n its done. No swiping, no signing, nothing.

I just received a replacement citibank credit card with the chip, and I can no longer use it to purchase games on steam. Any ideas?
