when you start looking for things like this you will find thousands of issues like this, be a coal mafia, baaloo or anything. same goes for bribery and others. my points even in short cover a wide range of issue. if i start pointing out, there would be things hard to digest.
thats why I say its a people issue, not a govt one, corruption is too deeply rooted, just look at babus for e.g. they want money for every little thing they do, be it fetching you a form, you submitting any claim or anything, Corruption is there from top to bottom.

Modi says that he wont take bribes from anyone, but if the person is taking bribes sitting beside you, then its a moot point of itself, change needs to happen both at the ground level and at the top, but no party will do this, because it will alienate the common man against you and it will alienate your party workers against you as well.

both people and gov failure, of any party. people of india are itself responsible for most of the issues, however the core rules, restrictions could have reduced it. education is the core and starting point to focus on. i don't think it is going to change but get worst. people forget things, just after walking out of it.

Social media has been doing a good job of highlighting these issues, even though most peeps think these issues began after 2014, the truth is, its been there for decades, its just before, shit like this used to be hushed up and only spread by word of mouth, Media was useless, specially in tier 2/3 towns where they were either bribed or threatened, unless you were running in business/political circles, you would have been in this bubble of ignorance until you experienced it first hand.

These days? anyone with a phone is a reporter now, just look at how many videos go viral, and if there's one thing these politicians fear, its social media highlighting their deeds. Yes there are many idiots who have found their voice online, many new avenues of propaganda or whatever, but at a whole things are much better because now atleast, its coming to light. Maybe the upcoming generation would also suffer from inept govt and corruption but things will improve for the upcoming generations, both because of falling birth rates, ensuring more resources for everyone, and the fact that awareness is spreading

well it is being highlighted at some point but the whole system is still corrupt. look at the recent cases, Judge Yashwant Varma, Judge Reeta Kaushik fake ias Puja Khedkar, the system is itself protecting them. they are being protected, nurtured on taxpayers money.

thats why I said upcoming generations, not ours or the next one, its a mindset change which will take time
