Better try Fancy market. there are lot of shops there who sell modded xbox.
my frnd had purchased 1 from there. A bit of bargaining can get u a gud price.
another thing that u can do is buy the console from a dealer.
Open u the console in such a way that all 3 seals r intact and then take the pcb & the drive to fancy market for modding.
i did the same thing.
opened it and then took only the barebone console & drive to Palika Bazar.
Also do ask the modder to provide u with the keys for ur dvd drive.
these will be reqd in future if u want to flash ur drive by connecting it to ur computer.
