PC Peripherals Where can I get my Razer mouse repaired?

I bought a Razer Basilisk V3 from Amazon last year in April, but I already broke the mouse wheel. I'm looking for the best place to get it repaired since Warranty only covers wear and tear and not damages.

I tried emailing AcroRMA support regarding this but they didn't respond. Does anyone have experience getting their Razer peripherals repaired/RMA'ed?

razer mouse wheels are very finicky. if you've physically broken the encoder, you need to get one and solder it. if roller scroll wheel is broken, that's just a swap.

acrorma warranty is claimed from here https://acrorma.com/ and you need to send in your mouse to the nearest centre if it's approved

This should be covered under warranty. Raise a warranty claim using the link @biscuit shared above. Their service is a little slow, so have some patience. You might have to perform multiple follow ups.
I wonder why the warranty page on Amazon says user damages aren't covered under warranty then. In any case, I will raise a warranty claim on their website, thank you,

Yeah the mouse wheel on mine was so weird, anytime i would move my mouse super fast, it would trigger the middle mouse button.

I've only ever used Dell mice before this and they were honestly way more resilient than Razer. One slam is all it took to destroy the scroll wheel on this lol

I mean that happens with my Logi G502 as well, so I don't think it's really an issue per se.

What exactly happened when you say the mouse wheel is broken?
