Where can I watch the old hit Hollywood movies and TV shows from 70's to 2000's era (uncensored versions)

Felt like watching old movies and series like Police Academy, Die Hard, Gilligan's Island, I dream of Jeanie, Addam's family etc but streaming options all are censored even for adult Indians. No sexy stuff for the most populous country.

Any idea where to watch/ get these old movies/tv shows from? YT is shit for this. I've seen some tv shows on it but not all episodes are available and quality is just okay. I don't want Hindi dubbed ones.

Most of the old stuff on streaming platforms is "remastered" and censored.
I recently put on an older Hindi movie I liked on Prime and many of the jokes in it were beeped out...
A similar case with older animated shows where the entire color grading was messed up just to boost its resolution using some crappy algorithm.
It sucks but that is how it is nowadays. Your best bet would be physical media or sailing the high seas.

I pay for most of the streaming services (for my home TV) but I usually find myself finding the original version and streaming that instead using Jellyfin. Look up Piracy mega-thread on Reddit.

Weird, considering how extreme the content is in their own 'originals'.

Any chance you might have some parental control like setting on?
No parental control is set up.
They frequently do this with old movies (pre-90s) and label it new-age appropriation.
There are hundreds of comparison videos on YT if you search for them. I disagree with the tampering of art to make it appropriate for the present times. Art is a product of time-sensitive culture and I rather watch what culture represented back then, than watch some video editing intern's perspective on how it should be today.

I actually had entire boxsets of tv shows bought from walmart but the quality of dvd's is rubbish. The dvd's have lost their reflective coating now and don't show up in the drive.

Yeah, saw this with old 16:10 square content being fit to 16:9 screens. The video is zoomed and cropped for led tv's, colour is enhanced, AI is used to upscale, sharpen and what not. Horrible.

Sony Pictures on Prime has it but I don't know if all series and episodes are available. I think they have censored some cuss words and cut some scenes now.

The high seas always give you what you want. Using Debrid services has been a revelation but even otherwise having your own Sonarr/Radarr setup makes watching anything seamless.
