Where can I possibly get the best price (Online) for a new Blackberry Curve 3G (9300) ?
The best deal I've come across so far is letsbuy where it's listed for 13999 and I can get 1000 Rs. off using coupons.

Earlier with the old code you might had got 2k less,but that code has expired..

This is the best i guess...

Even Ebay Prices on BB are higher..

anyways the US prices are below 12K INR.

Craigslist is safe only when you can meet the seller in person and inspect the item. Moreover, pay by cash only. Any other method of payment or getting involved with shipping is recipe for disaster.
