Where to get a PAN Card form in Bangalore...?

Go to a Nsdl or UTI office and get it..

Fill it up and submit it..

Both hav diff forms so submit at the place you got it from..
 
I applied for it online for my wife. Very easy, very efficient. Zero hassles, provided you have got all documents in order.

The thread came in good time. I applied for PAN through an agent in my office. Never got the card, but he gave me the PAN. But I can not get it verified against my name/dob on Income tax website.

Any idea how I can do it? Else I would have to apply for a new card. Has anyone done it in tatkal scheme?

Log on to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/knowpan.do. E.g., Name = Raj Kumar Singh

Now follow the steps:

First Name : Raj

Middle Name : Kumar

Surname *: Singh (* mandatory)

Date of Birth / Incorporation* : 12-03-1986 (DD-MM-YYYY) Day-Month-Year

Your PAN will be displayed.

If you successfully verified your PAN.

Click Here : PAN Correction Click on Reprint of PAN Card.

Read the guidelines properly then scroll down to end and select " Individual " from the drop down options.
