Hey! I was wondering if you knew how things worked. If I buy a TLD, will I own the TLD, and will I be able to create any number of websites with that TLD?

I am asking this because, the listing is for both domains and tlds.

For instance, the TLD .enclave is ₹100, but when I search for tech.enclave, the price is ₹150.

So I wanted to know how it worked.

You can buy TLD and point it to your DNS server where you can have multiple sub-domains under parent TLD, for this you will need to know how to handle the routing and server's. They are doing it for you and charging extra for that
