Where to get an iphone 4S unlocked in Bangalore ?

My friend has an iphone 4S (GSM, UK, service provider is 'three')
He would like to get it unlocked in Bangalore. Please post your advice.

Buying an iPhone locked to 3 network is waste of money.
Myself bought it for 23K from UK and it costs me 6.5 to factory Unlock....
In ebay india we get iphne 4s for 29K

But you see sometimes it happens that one is in UK for longer time (as in staying there for an year or more) and gets an iPhone for local use but then has to come back to India and that's when it becomes necessary to unlock the phone.

I would still insist getting those eBay ones. The popular one called unlock fusion now probably has a dedicated website, something called swift unlocks or something. Google it. They still charge under 5$ I believe.
