Where to get this water pressure blower?

In my building painting work is going on.

Today i saw the repair chap using this machine for cleaning .I guess this instrument might prover very usefull in cleaning windows and also to some extent cleaning cars.

Any idea what it is called and where to get it and also for how much.

Me and my friends might buy it together and use for cleaning cars and all stuff

You can get one from black decker and Bosch aqua jet ,usually in a place where they sell power tools or any bosch dealer.

It starts from around 7k or so.
