Laptops Where to procure Dust Off Cans?

Read in many laptop forums that the laptop air exhausts have to regularly blowed with compressed air(similar to this) to remove the dust and reduce temperatures especially for laptops with GPUs.This is supposed to increase the life of the laptop.
But i was unable to find cans like these for a cheap price in India,so if any one knows where to get them please help......

Also found out that u can use the blower of a Vacuum Cleaner.It really works wonders,reduced temps by 10C

Vacuum cleaners- They can be far too powerful and can dislodge the HSF Completely - bringing the cooling on to its knees if used without cautions.

I have never had problems with vacuum cleaner blowers. Works great. The can o' air is a rip off.

Vaccum cleaners won't dislodge anything,i use it for blowing every electronic device in the house for a decade and it only blows the dust off .
As far as the hand pump ,well they are also use full in places where the vaccum cleaner nozzle doesn't go.I use that in R/C truck.

Cycle pumps...vacuum cleaners....i guess only thing left is the good old Baba Ramdev exhale yoga....have to cover your nose though.
