Where to report VAT cheating?

Say I went to a restaurant and I got a bill without VAT and TIN numbers printed on it, is it useless as proof?

Lodged a complaint on the site. Let us see what the response will be.

BTW, I really like to know who the damn developer was for this site. The damn things does not accepts "Enter key" in the description of the complaint but does not tell what the problem is other than prompting to enter valid message.

Would they even care about it?

Write a physical letter to them and send it via courier/Post and attest the bill. They would take it seriously.

I did this once with Meridian restuarant, Panjagutta who apparently were smart enough to charge me VAT on a plain hand written bill. I was told by the officer who called me that they've taken strict necessary action & they're under radar of commercial taxes for not reporting taxes, Well this type of practice is common with Qassab community (Shah Ghouse, Shadab etc) in Muslims who are least bothered to pay any taxes.
