any issues I may face? Warranty?[DOUBLEPOST=1381832777][/DOUBLEPOST]heard complaints about build quality of seagate. Some complaining online that it may break in our regular use because of the bad quality plastic used for the body.

@mojo: that is the Seagate Expansion - no probs with that. I have two of those.

can anyone tell if any of the 1TB HDDs from WD,Seagate,Samsung,Hitachi or Toshiba has 9.5mm height drive ?

Only 2.5" drives have that low height. The normal 3.5" internal disks have 2.4cm height. Don't know about ssd drives. Could be around the 1.2cm mark though.
