I recently sold my MiTv 4A Pro that we used for 2 years. We are very comfortable with Fire OS so even this being smart tv, we still had a fire stick attached to it.
Reasons for selling was that we had to deal with 2 remotes as mi tv remote Is bluetooth enabled so you cannot program even the newer fire tv remotes to work with it as it only works if original tv remote is IR based.
We already own Onida 43 inch Full HD Fire edition tv we got last year and are very much satisfied with it. This new tv though is a bedroom tv and we can only accommodate 32 inch one.
Options I have are..
Amazon Basics 32 inch fire tv edition
Onida 32 inch Fire tv edition
Onida seems to be selling at higher price right now at 17K while Amazon basics at 15K. Currently due to lock down, none of them are available to buy for me anyways. But as soon as amazon resumes shipping TVs, I will need to order.
I am leaning towards amazon basics purely due to cost and I cannot really find much difference between the two specs wise.
I am open to a cheaper non fire tv provided I can program it's remote to work with Fire tv remote but then I need to separately buy fire tv stick which will be additional cost. This is why I am keen towards the fire tv edition only.
Also, I am not expecting a 32 inch tv to have full hd and it will also be 720p resolution.
