for gaming effect never go for 5.1 coz all games are 2.1 coded so it will be of no use playing them in 5.1 so thin ka bt it just search for 2.1 in TE u will find loads of ans

As the OP posted, all games are made for 5.1 surround - why wouldn't they be! Games are supposed to immerse you which means you have sounds encoded for rear, front and side channels. 7.1 channels depending on the game, but 99% have 5.1 surround.
Try the Creative T6060s or the Logitech X-530s.

Dark Messiah, you dont have a soundcard at all, so you will NOT get any surround effect. If you need surround effect when gaming, you will need a soundcard with Hardware DSP, for which you will need a mid end soundcard.
An inspire 2.1 sounds similar to an SBS 2.1, because the bass is diluted between 5 speakers. And without hardware acceleration, the games will sound pretty much the same. Right now , you have stereo, and an ATP3 will enhance the booms and clarity. thats pretty much what you can get in a 3.5k budget
On the other hand you will be able to listen to dolby digital/dts movies in surround, but no, no surround effect in games

listen to any speakers and pick them up forget abt reviews and people saying tat its good or somethign like tat ,go personally audition any speaker u like and pick it up dont pick it up even though u dont feel tat its upto the mark
