Which 7.1 speakers and amplifer to go for ? budget ~50K ish

I'm looking for

A. Amplifier

B. 7.1 Speakers setup

C. Some media player like oplay, xtremer.. wifi needed definitely. wont be using storage hdd. (not in 50K budget)

Some have suggested me to go for ONKYO HTS 5400 other guy is suggesting me some Denon Amplifier with Polk Audio Bookshelve speakers and around about same budget of ~50K.

So I thought its better I ask here before purchasing.

Stay away from onkyo speakers. They make very decent receivers but horrid speakers.

Do yourself a favor and buy speakers from a speaker company like Polk/Paradigm/M&K/Energy etc and get a receiver from Onkyo/Denon/Pioneer.
