Get the Hitachi, I have one and it can get frigging cold! Got it for 26K, not cheap but definitely worth it.

I am using the whirlpool aviator and found it to be good no complaints till now.

i use a hitachi ace cut out 1.5t. i am using two for my two bed rooms. its doing well. service is good. the power consumption is 0.75 unit per hour for temp setting at (26 to 30)
