Guys I currently have Hero Honda Passion Plus which I have been using for more than 8 years. Couple of years back I had Engine Overhaul done once it crossed 1,00,000 Kms. Now it's almost crossed 30,000 Kms. The pick up isn't that good now. So want to go for a new bike.

I'm primarily looking at mileage more than power. However power should be decent enough.
Currently have Honda shine on my mind. Someone was suggesting Bajaj Platina as well but heard Bajaj bikes are not that durable.
Was thinking of Pulsar as well but it's around 75k I think.

Budget is 50k.

Kindly give your suggestions!
 
Honda shine indeed a good bike.
So is Hero Super Splendor.

If want li'l more power, you might look for Yamaha SZ-R
 
Do keep an eye on honda dream yuga and suzuki hayate .. 110 cc bikes and cheaper than splendor i guess.
My frnd bought hayate and he is very much satisfied with it. mileage is around 65.
 
shine wont come in your budget of 50k nor will super splendor. shell out maybe 6-7k and try discover 125cc its better than platina and gives mileage around 60-65 and with proper driving you can get 70-75 also
 
Try getting the Pulsar 135 ls for 65k. It will thrash any 150cc bike in India and provide mileage of 55-65kmpl. The build quality is good - I have owned the bike for almost a year now and have had no issues whatsoever.
