Well i dont think 3800 ever had Toledo core,they always were Manchester.Reason being,Manchester sports 512 x 2 L2 cache whereas Toledo has 1mb x 2 L2 cache.
Funny part is,my Opteron 170 is Denmark core but CPU-Z shows it as Toledo core.lol
So there you go....if Cpu-z doesnt have the updates list of the cores and the names then it detects anything.
When i used a socket 754 Sempron 2500+ for the first time,CPU-Z detected it as Engineering Sample....hahaha
