Hi gamers
I'm looking for a gaming mouse but I have a strict budget of 2K. Please suggest me one.
Thank You

EDIT: Bought a MS Habu while on a shopping spree. Looking for a mouse pad, please recommend one for the habu.

you can get Deathadder from KMD at 2.6k which is steal IMO.

Otherwise MX-518 for 1.3k , Microsoft IE 3.0 for 1.8k ot the Razer Salmosa for 1.6k

^^the base on the new one is nothing wierd man.... its more on the lines of the g5

another alternative is the MSIE3.0 .... i have the mx518 but the msie fits my hand a lot better :)

Someon who had used old MX518 and new also felt this hence i posted :)

For hard pads the wide base will matter, as it start to wear at the outer parts more quickly than the inner surface leading to an uneven surface.

For Cloth pads it doesn't matter

Ok so get an MX518 for 1.2k and a QCK mini for 750;

Is the issue solved now u guys ^^^??

..Humm,
"Deathadder from KMD at 2.6k" sounds good as well..
I was thinking of the MX518 as well over the IE3.0 I like MX518 size better...
mouse pad is everglide fnatik any issues?

Mx 518 is heavier and short ... IE 3.0 is Light and broad and long ... MX got a very good thumb grip ... IE 3.0 thumb mouse buttons are a bit flimsy.

you choose

i have tried the mx518 (both old and new) and the MSIE1.0 all on QCK cloth pads :)

cant really tell any difference between the old and new mx518

the MSIE has good grip and bad side buttons...though i feel that since i was used to the mx518...given more time i could adapt to the MSIE too

in the end mice depends on user preference...they all have good sensors

too bad that in india you cant try out the mice before buying them....though some stores have logitech mice in displays which you can hold to see if you like the grip

^^refurb means its not new...its a repaired piece

i personally dont like razor products coz they have short life expectancy :)

Refurbishment is just minor repair at most, right. And that too, done by Razor. I don't know anything about their life expectancy, never used one. I have an MX518 (and it's pretty good). Just thought I'd point out what looked like a great deal. :D

All Razer mices were not up to the mark (except the Deathadder), they were good in just the bling bling department.
