Then Palit's HD4670 512MB DDR3 is THE CARD for u... At ~4.3K its a great card... It performance is nearly twice as that of the 9500GT.... Just buy it.... :)
 
Hmmm.... The PSU must be old... HD4670 is one the low power consum9ing card which just takes 8W when idle and around 50W on full load... But its not good to use it with a ald 250 W PSU... Better get a Cooler Master 390W@1.8K... Or i think the zebronics pro 350W@1.5K is also pretty much enough... Not sure about the reliabilty of cheaper brands like VIP...
 
Better change the PSU to Cooler Master 390W... Dont use a discrete GPU with a very old unknown brand and just 250W of power...
 
I think you need to upgrade your PSU too with a powerfull GFX card. I don't think anyone with sane mind will recommend running a powerfull GFX card on poor PSU.
 
you need to have a final budget yaar !

you are so confusive ,if your budget is under 3.5k than 9500gt if if not than 9600gt for 5.1k-5.3k thats all!

you can even try to get hd 4670
 
Buddy Rs.4500 is very less to what u willing to hav. To run everything smoothly u'll need 400W HQ PSU. And yes your P4 can run all the games at present.....don't worry for that...thats my guarantee ! So now u hav to stretch ur budget lil more...to get all the things straight. Or other option is sell ur current config and build a new rig based on AMD X3 proccy and ATI GPU with 780G mobo.
