Graphic Cards Which GTX 260 Core 216 is better ?

Hi gamers i m planning to buy a gtx 260 sp 216 896 mb ddr3 for my 22" samsung lcd.

Which graphic card wud b better for me...? here are the options

MSI GTX 260 SP 216 896MB DDR3

PALIT GTX 260 SP 216 SONIC 896MB DDR3

EVGA GTX 260 SP 216 896MB DDR3

ZOTAC GTX 260 SP 216 896MB DDR3

Check prices, cooling system, local distri reputation.

Palit has best cooling + silent, Zotac best pricing + 5yrs warranty. EVGA looks much better but box is not robust :no: .

and what do u mean by box??do u mean the bundle package or cardboard box??:huh:

Hmmm...ok i will thnk again about palit n evga. msi n zotac are not avialble here actually.
Any more logical details of palit's quality issues plsss?? It will help changing my mind for it instantly...

I have recently bought Palit GTX260 Sp216 from itwares and it seems pretty ok,wonder why so many people asking not to go for Palit.when asked for the same so many said Palit is a decent brand but now :) .

True MSi etc are better but then they cost more Palit is more of a VFM.
 
EVGA might be a gr8 brand, but as per reviews, the GTX 260 runs hotter than others.

The Palit and MSI has gr8 cooler. I wud go with MSI. OC like hell with its twin frozer cooling.

my choice wud be:

MSI twin frozer [gr8 cooling and factory oc].

zotac [5 yrs warranty]

Palit [gr8 cooling and factory oc]

Evga

everybody wud say factory oc is not a big deal. But, goin theu palit and MSi cards review...though its factory oced, it attains much higher OC. EVGA after max OC with its unefficient cooling hardly matches the stock MSi or palit[factory oc].
 
oh yah i wish to buy but guess wat...its not freaking avialable anywhere in jaipur!!!! n moreover its costs 19k minimum.... n the evga gtx260 is around 15.5 k!!! so i m going for palit gtx 260 sonicsp 216 896mb ddr3 for 11.5k(i know even this is also expensive than mumbai delhi rates)
 
1792MB Lightning Black is a waste of money. It costs more than a GTX 275 OC.
Moreover its good for nothin, more than a regular MSI GTX 260 OC, upto 1920*1080. Even at that resolution diff is less than 5%.

Difference is huge at 2560*1920 but at that resolution even if difference is almost double, even the 260 1792 MB fails to give playable framerate on almost all games.

Moreover the MSI GTX 260 1792 MB Lightning Black one uses same twin frozer cooler, but in dark black, which is very impressive.
The guru3d review compared the lightning black with a stock clock 260, which isnt fair. Comparing with a factory oced MSI 896MB card shows almst similar performance for both.

EVGA>MSI>Zotac>Palit

now its ur choice. btw the above one is specific to the GTX 260, according to my views.:D
 
thanks dominator...well i just got my palit gtx260 sp 216 n its really awwsome man..will be running it on a 22" lcd very soon. i bought it becos of its cooling tech n oc performance. comes with 3 yrs waranty( as if i m gonna run it till then :) surely i will upgrade after 10 12 months but till then its a cool machine to play my hot games...
