My Neighbourhood barber is nice and kind and does not speak much the way I like it. Charges Rs. 100 for a haircut+shave.

I goto garden .When Gardner trims the leaves i put my head around and get a free hair cut.

Now look for a person who gets paid for getting a hair cut here.

;)

Neighborhood barber. Charges 45.Usual Instruction is to cut medium. Although I find sometimes there is no difference between medium and short.
Don't like to get a shave, due to hygiene issues.

Nearby hair cut saloon, charges 50 for hair cut... Hair cut plus shave 70...

He shares (on his own) all news about nearby places/ peoples with no extra charges...

Depends on the style I want. Summer Buzz Cut? Local Barber. Fancy Styling? Some high end salon like Toni&Guy. The 1200 rupee haircuts are actually worth the price when you're looking for something other than the basics.

I used to get hair cut for 100 in a good saloon in hyd. when I went to goa I once went to Loreal hair saloon near beach and got a rs.800 haircut. Nowadays I spend between 25-55 dollara of a haircut

Local shop, 70 bucks. Tried an upscale saloon where they used to charge 70 ten years back - did not see any difference between the local barber, who used to charge 30 at that time.

As for the babbling, yeah, they do that. Mine is however quiet and softspoken.

Well Rs. 10/-? Those days are gone. Now it's Rs. 20/-

I never got courage to visit branded ones like Habib / Colors etc. :P

you are visiting the right kind of places (full-paisa-vasool)
the original intent of going to men's saloon was to 'socialize'... the barber-clan is programmed to talk

Regular Neighborhood saloon charges 80 Bucks for Cutting, Never prefer trimming or shaving at saloon's because i like level 1 trimmed beard and barber always suggests me to trim off.

I used to go to so called ex-professional of habibs, takes a lot of time (3 hours) for waiting and traveling to that place.
