Which HD release is the best..

Hey guys, there are loads of groups that release HD movies on p2p, I just want to know which release is the best and trust worthy..

Nhanc3 seems to have the smallest size but just wanna know which is the best one in terms of quality..
@mods:-this is just a discussion..If any links are posted please them up.
 
nhanc3 has the smallest size... and the quality is decent too... but the Subtitles are integrated and u have to switch it off
 
I'm getting into the whole HD scene now. I don't download divx/xvid's no more. I gave my collection away and rebuilding it with all x264's now. Runs on PS3 with a 10 min remuxing with mkv2vob...nothing more I could ask for.

WEll i jus downloaded samples of nhanc3 and septic for the movie 300..
Septic 4.4gb 1280*528 5.1ch

nhanc3 2.28gb 936*528 5.1ch
Dunno y, but the septic one looks better, dont get the HD feel with nhanc3 sample it jus seems one step ahead of normal avi's..

wat do u guys suggest..?
And wats with the various nHD and so many others these nhanc3 are releasing??They jus seem to have random releases..
@ice the subtitles are the least of the problem man..its easy to switch them off, and from wat i know v can even remove them..
@params which release you download..And even if u download random releases, wat do u particularly look for???

ESiR, REVEiLLE, hV and SEPTiC are the ones to get.

nhanc3 just re-encodes hdrips and even watermarks them as their own :@

be sure you get mkvs with anamorphic encoding.
 
The released posted by hdtv-fan are the best :D

oh btw those are less than 720p and cant be called HD so i am not sure ur looking for those..

But he releases in three sizes - 1/4 DVD , 1/3 DVD , 1/2 DVD and now matter what print it is, it nearly looks like 720p ;)

Try out some of his movies

well you downloaded nhanc3 nDVD version as it it is below 1280x5xx so try the nhanc3 nHD version :)

@Free Radical :- Havent seen any watermarking from them.. And whats Anamorphic ecoding, how does it help???
@sharekhan :- WAt are their sizes of these releases in general??
 
^^ try the Ratatouiie hd movie sample. its watermarked by them.

drag and drop the nfo file which is included with the release into notepad. u will get the file naming convention they use for hd, bd, dvd rips.

With those file sizes, isnt it better we download best quality, and share the rips rather than keep downloading for 3-4 days. :(

Do u guys share movies among yourselves..??

True,anything lower than 4-5M/s bitrate (720p) would have artifacts.but its personal preference if one can live with it or not.
NhaNc3 releases would like awful in a pretty large lcd/plasmatv..
 
HDTV-FAN only releases his work on rapdishare for premium users, others release it into torrents but its rare. PM for his location.

But his quality is superb. It looks awesome on my 26" LCD.
