Which headphones/IEM for running?

A question for those who listen to music during running/jogging. I tried using the ep830 i have. They are clearly not built for work-outs.

constraints (in decreasing order of importance):

**** Comfortable to wear & non-slip

*** Should be light (those you kinda forget you are wearing)

** decent sound quality

* not too expensive i.e. rs600-700 (as i assume they'll wear out soon)

Those with personal experience, please recommend a few models.
 
I use philips SHE9550 along with ipod touch 2g while jogging on a treadmill and they have served me well from last 5-6 months . Earlier had ep630 which i did not like due to its harsh treble . The 9550 are little more elongated and hence go deeper in your ear . You can get them for around 1k .
 
and and, whatever you use, try to put it on upside down, and loop the wire around the top of your ear and see if you get a good seal.... that way they wont pop out and it will reduce microphonics too.
 
IMO you are better off with headphones than earphones. If you are jogging or running outside on the road in-ear-phones block out noise so these arent advisable, if it is a dedicated jogging/running track then I dont see any problem though.
 
my self have sony walkman so the bundle earphones r really good
gr8 quality so never thought of purchasing any other.
and they r ment for jogging.

Don't have a dedicated track... so that makes a lot of sense
