Audio which IEM headphones

hey guys
which is the best & vfm iem headphone to go for?
there is ep630 for 400+shipping
pl-11 for 550+shipping
pl-30 for 950+shipping

i've heard of creative brand but not of soundmagic but few ppl here have been raving abt it. is it that good and worth more than ep630 (i have only neen using the ordinary creative headphones that came with my zen vision).
also r these comfortable if they are in your ear for long time and will i feel improvement over my current hfones?

OP if u can wait for some time .There is PL/MP 21 which is supposed to be way far better than the PL 30.Our in house reviewer for IEM's can shed us some light.
 
yes i can wait. any idea on the approx cost of pl-21?

also r the connector wires on these durable coz i've noticed that always after awhile the part where the headphones connect to the jack the wire gets loose and u hv to shake them abt or throw them away and if one is paying so much then thats no good.
 
PL-21 is not going to be here anytime soon.Here are your current options ,

PL-11,PL-30,Hippo Boom,Beta Brainwavz,Head Direct RE-2 and a few others.

What's your budget ? what will be the source(player) ? What kind of sound are you looking for ? lots of bass / mid-centric / neutral?
 
ive ep 630 and PL11 . I must say, Ep 630 wont even come close. Dunno bout pl30. Also a Fiio E3/E5 makes it even better, especially the bass.

Ive already got like minimum 5-6 more reviews coming up.After that I will surely write a IEM buying guide.Need to find time and another pair of ears as well :rofl:.

Both are almost on the same level .PL-30 is slightly better but that's personal taste(I like more engaging instrumentals,midrange )

Betas brainwavz lays more emphasis on good treble and detailing .The bass is better than PL-30.

PL-30 is warm and has really good and sweet sounding midrange.The bass is lacking .
