Which is best BB internet service in VIMAN NAGAR Pune?

Presently I am using Airtel BB, but I am not getting the mentioned speed. I have 15GB FUP of 4MBPS but download speed never exceeded 500kbps. Post FUP it will become 512kbps, wherein I am getting speed only upto 80kbps. There is problem with its wifi router. No consistency while using wifi.
Please suggest me the best and fastest internet service provider in VIMAN NAGAR.
Presently I am staying in EDEN GARDEN, beside PHEONIX MALL.

I think Tikona is available in Viman Nagar but my experience with them was a nightmare. But I guess the download speeds you mentioned are OK as an average. I get the similar speeds on my Idea BB.

Lot of ISPs are available in Viman Nagar. Try 5Net or YOU.

Hey, I too stay in Viman Nagar and have been on Tata Docomo for over 4 years now. Speeds and plans are decent and FUP are not that strictly enforced as well.

My pings to SG/China/HK are in the sub 100+ms range as well and India is all below 60ms.
