I found a person who is interested in selling, but want to know which is the cheapest and safe shipping method?
I have used UShopVship.com ( i.e Morning-Global but from china to india and they don't charge custom duty ) .

Ebay Global, if he is listing there and has good rep. Customs duty is not something within your control.
Anmol's way is pretty much hassle free and will have zero headache for you. I have used it so can vouch for him. Costs are pretty reasonable including customs. You will need to be patient though since it involves consolidation of multiple packages.
Best and the cheapest is get one of your friends or relatives carry it with them, if they are visiting US of A
