which is the best treadmill brand under 30k ?

Hydrolysis is necessary , both guys weigh above 90kgs :S

I would not know the price but Proline offers good range of treadmills and there should definitely be one in your range.

You can just check them out here: Proline Fitness

Before buying you should check things like continuous horsepower rating (different from peak horsepower rating) and the maximum weight limit.

Continuous horsepower rating is important if you intend to use it for long periods of time at a stretch.

Also if you buy a fold up model then you have to be very careful with it so as not to cause any harm to the motor.
 
^^^ thanks a lot for your suggestions , am leaning towards the future fitness treadmills because of their 2-5yrs motor warranty , 43k 4.0hp , have you used proline
