Which laptop for 3Ds Max 2011

As the title say, looking for a laptop in the range of abt 35k which would run 3ds Max 2011.

System Req for the s/w from the websites are:

* 2 GB swap space (4 GB recommended)**

In that kind of Budget i would suggest you to have a look at the Acer i3/i5 based models

acer laptops are very good. i am using the older model of acer which i had bought 28k. i think 5734 or something, its got a c2d. 3dmax 2009 works properly, so i am guessing 2011 will also work perfect.
