Guys i am confused between two laptops please help

Intel C2D T6400(2GHz,@MB L2 Cache,800 MHz FSB)
15'4" Infinity Flush Glass WideScreen
HDMI v1.3 with HDCP Key
4GB PC-26400 DDR2(800MHz)
320 GB Serial ATA (5400RPM)
nVIDIA GeForce 9600 M GT(512MB)

Cost 55,000
OR
ACER 5738g
Intel® Core™2 Duo processor T6400 (2 MB L2 cache, 2 GHz, 800 MHz, 35 W)
4Gb DDR3 1067mhz
320gb
Nvidia 512mb g105m ddr2

Cost 44,000
i want it mainly for playing games,movies etc.

You are being charged more.
The price of the Acer Aspire 5738G is around 40k in other places. In some places, it even sells for 38-39k.

If you want to play games then the HP is the best choice as the nVidia G105M is no match for the 9600GT.

If you want to buy an Acer laptop then search for the Acer Aspire 5536G or the Acer Aspire 5739G. Both of them have ATI HD4570 graphics which comes close to 9600GT.
They cost less than 45k.
