PC Peripherals Which memory to get..

After talking to deejay I shortlisted these few..
GeIL 1GB
OCZ 1GB
OCZ 512X2
I have a laptop which has 256MB at present.. and yeah it has 2 memory slots.
Config: PM 730 1.6GHz - 533MHz 256MB

even i was wonderin which one to gte for my opteron workstation... i need minimum 2GB with ECC....

That laptop is dual channel. So get 512x2 obviously
