PC Peripherals Which of these 2.1 Speakers shouldi get?

Hello guys,
My ancient quantum speakers (2003) have had enough abuse and finally gave up.
I am not really a basshead. Mostly need speakers for movies and listening to soft music, ghazals, old hindi songs, punjab music etc.
Need the speakers to have good quality and not necessarily much loudness but should be audible in my large room. My budget is around 1000 to 1500 max.

After searching a lot (also darkstar's recommendation) had my mind set on Altec Lansing BXR1221

but newegg and flipkart dont have very good reviews about it, so researched some more and found some others:

I would prefer a sturdy build since i am quite careless. and one that will last for a few years.
So which one should i buy ?
Will order within a couple of days to get it by diwali.
 
I would advice Creative Inspire instead of SBS . They are slightly better .

Rest I think all are nearly the same .
 
Get the Altec Lansing BXR 1221, best speakers in the sub-1500/- category in my opinion, have used them for ~2.5 years.

Only gripe, the bass is under-powered and it cannot be adjusted independently so if you can live with this get this audio system, else go for Creative Inspire series which have a bass adjustment knob, though overall I find this bass hollow and distorted for my liking.
 
Ordered BXR1221 from Homeshop18 with discount coupon and got them for Rs. 831
Recieved in 3 days !
Just used them and till now they sound good.
