Graphic Cards which one to choose..? urgent

Hello frnds,
I am going to purchase a new gpu soon. I have decided for the sapphire r9 270x, but I can extend my budget for the r9 280 (non-x) and zotac gtx 760 . So is it worth to increase my budget for the r9 280 and gtx 760 or r9 270x is fine for me? if yes then which one should I go for? I am getting asus r9 280 for 16900 and sapphire one at 17200. need help.

The R9 280 is a better card compared to the 270X. I believe the ASUS one is better but maybe someone else can chime in on that.
