if you are into ocing then a P45 wud be a much wiser choice I would say. IP35E days are gone....

Ok this is getting too technical....let me tell about my current config..i am using a E4500 and 2 gigs of Value Ram(Planning for XMS2 / OCZ in future) along with that i have a 9600 GSO :clap: ..so my basic perpose of upgrade is want a mobo which will run w/out any hiccups for least 6 months or a Year...will be OCing it just for the Heck of it ...mainly using it for Gaming/Video Encoding (my 945 really :cens2: at these fronts :ashamed...considering this only coz Abit is quitting the market :bye2: & dont know about the future of IP35E:no: .. so now please suggest me which 1 to go for :crazy:

Also , I read somewhere Eth on Vanilla/Pro (Atheros) are slower than on -E/Deluxe.

I dont know whether it is noticable in normal day usage but worth the mention.
