Guys i need your suggestions on buying a 2Gb pen drive ?
can you tell me which brand to go for and the approx price of it?

AFAIK corsair flash drives are the fastest. A 2gb drive costs around 25$ in the US. Don't know about the availablity and pricing here though
 
Sandisk Cruzer Micro 2GB : 800 to 850/-.. Buffalo RUF2-E 2GB : 800/-.. Both prices frm Nehru Place.. Check out in the row of shops in the line of Computer Empire n Cost to Cost or at SMC.. SMC dint have Sandisk last time I checked..
 
+1 for buffalo. Quite fast. Though i doubt we get the ultra high speed ones here. The usual normal high speed ones hv much higher write speed(10-11MBps) than even sandisk cruzer series( arnd 7-8MBps) which doesn't even come close. No idea about Corsair Drives.
 
i have two buffalow 2GB and they are realy faster than anything i have used

got it for 900 from lammy one month ago.should be lesser now.......get it and u wont repent .
 
yeah, the voyager gt is the only drive currently faster than the buffalo ruf2-e.. by a very small margin, i've posted the performance pics in another thread.. forgot which one tho :S

P.S : the sandisk micro cruze, datatraveller etc.. are light years away in terms of performace.. :P
 
u can get an Iball pendrive for 700 Bucks @ 2gb

similarly u can get Trancend 2gb 850 Bucks

or u can go for Trancend 4 GB which i recently got for 1400 Bucks :D
