Storage Solutions Which portable HDD around 4k without external power supply?

A friend needs an external hard disk. But his main criteria is that it should not have an external power supply. It should be able to run from the USB port of his laptop.

Esata is not required as his laptop doesnt have esata.

Budget is around 4k. Preferably lesser.

Saw the Seagate Free Agent Desk - 500GB on lynx, but it comes with an external power supply.
 
at below 4k, 320gb models will be in your budget.

seagate free agent with the 5 year warranty should fit the budget
wd passport would be another option, though am not sure about the availability.
