PC Peripherals Which RAM to buy

I need to upgrade my laptops RAM from 2 to 4GB.

These are the specs:

which RAM should I buy? flipkart link would be appreciated.
 
Which one would be a better choice?

If I add 2GB, I assume both modules will run at the lower speed? A single 4GB would run at a higher frequency but would only be single channel. Which one would be better? or Maybe I'll add the 4GB to the 2GB and have 6GB RAM.

So in short, If I want to spend 1.5k, what is the best alternative.

1) Replace the existing RAM with 2*2GB Modules listed above?
2) Replace the existing RAM with the 4GB Module listed above?
3) Add the 4GB Module to the 2GB one?
 
Option 3 I'd say. There shouldn't be any issues with compatibility between the 2 modules but do try it out.
