None of the companies "speed grade" the Hynix chips in their RAM modules so as to say. So what you get cannot be assured of those speeds. On a side-note D43 is spec'ed to run 400Mhz DDR, D5 is spec'ed to run 500Mhz DDR. What you could look out for is D43 on BrainPower PCB's - they seem to be having an extra edge. Rockyme has them and managed to pull out some amazing timings on them
No offence intende but D5 and D43 won't clock high untill the latencies are relaxed to 3-4-4-X.
